Peptide Giants works hard to deliver your research products safely and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship orders, delivery timelines, coverage areas, and important information customers should know before placing an order.
1. Delivery Coverage Areas
We ship to all valid addresses within the United States.
Some research compounds may have shipping restrictions based on carrier policies or delivery location. If we are unable to ship your order due to these restrictions, we will notify you as soon as possible.
2. Order Processing & Transit Times
Orders are processed on the same business day after payment verification.
Orders are not processed on Sundays or recognized holidays.
Cut-Off Time:
Orders placed before 6:00 PM PST will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Delays may occur due to factors outside our control, including:

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Free Shipping
Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
Standard Shipping
We use FedEx 2nd Day Shipping.

Flat Rate: $13 for all U.S. locations

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday

Daily Cut-Off Time: 6:00 PM PST
Processing & Delivery Estimates

Processing Time: Same day if placed before 6:00 PM PST (Monday–Saturday)

Shipping Time: 2–4 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 3–5 business days
Processing time may increase for orders placed on Sundays or holidays.
4. Package Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours after processing, please contact us at:

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments
Reporting Window
Missing or damaged shipments must be reported within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will assist in initiating an investigation or claim with the carrier.
Important Notice
Peptide Giants is not responsible for packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.
For safer delivery, we recommend shipping to a secure or monitored address.
6. Product Handling & Storage Responsibilities
Many research-use peptides require specific storage conditions such as:

Once your order is delivered, proper storage becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Products that are not stored correctly may no longer qualify for:

Replacements
Storage instructions are provided on product pages and included with shipment documentation.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Peptide Giants is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
8. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is refused or cannot be delivered, the customer may be responsible for:
