2. Policy Overview

  • Return Window: Within 30 days from the delivery date

  • Refund Processing: Within 7 business days after inspection

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customer responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect


3. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within two (2) hours of purchase by contacting customer service.

If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. You may still request a return once the item arrives (see instructions below).

Due to the nature of research-use-only peptide products, opened or used items cannot be returned, except in cases of verified defects.

Proof of Purchase

A receipt or order number is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used peptide products (unless defective upon arrival)

  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer

  • Items purchased from unauthorized sellers

  • Custom or special-order items


5. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1 — Contact Customer Service

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is defective, damaged, or incorrect)

Step 2 — Receive Return Authorization

Our support team will provide:

  • Return authorization number

  • Packaging instructions

  • Return shipping address (if different)

Step 3 — Package the Item

Ensure:

  • The product is securely packed

  • All original packaging is included

  • Return authorization form is enclosed

Step 4 — Ship the Item

Use a reliable shipping carrier with tracking.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


6. Refund Policy

Refund Approval

Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or denial within 7 business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that banks or card providers may require additional time to post funds.

Peptide Giants will cover return shipping costs for:

  • Wrong items sent

  • Verified defective items

If you ordered the wrong product or quantity, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours

  • Provide photos of the issue

  • Include your order number

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Incorrect Product Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • We will cover return shipping

  • We will send the correct item promptly


Lost Packages

If your package appears lost:
